The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Comment Policy, Newsletter Terms, Copyright & DMCA page and Disclaimer form part of these Terms.
You accept these Terms by ticking the unticked checkbox “I am 18 or older and accept the Terms of Use” when submitting a comment, contributor application or subscription; a form cannot be submitted without it. Any other use of the Site constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

The Publisher expressly reserves its rights with respect to text and data mining (including within the meaning of Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790); this reservation is also expressed in machine-readable form on the Site.

By posting a comment, application or other material (“User Content”) you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not violate the law or third-party rights. You retain your rights in User Content and grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, moderate, display and distribute it on the Site and in the Site archive for as long as it remains posted, including through service providers. Publication of contributors’ stories is governed separately by the Featured Subject Agreement and the Model & Photo Release.
5. Our role regarding user content
User Content reflects the views of its authors. The Publisher is not the author of comments and is not liable for them to the extent provided by Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230). Moderating, declining or removing material does not make the Publisher its author. Copyright complaints are handled as described on the Copyright & DMCA page.

The Site links to external resources, including CLIRIUM® ME (https://app.clirium.me), books (https://book.clirium.me), the Editor-in-Chief’s official website (https://victorynaydenova.com) and social networks. These resources belong to other persons; the Publisher is not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLISHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
8. Limitation of liability

9. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the Publisher for reasonable costs and losses arising from third-party claims relating to User Content you post or your breach of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Venue
Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Claims within small-claims jurisdiction may be brought in the County Court in and for Osceola County, Florida.
12. Class action and jury trial waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND THE PUBLISHER MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST EACH OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
If this Section is found unenforceable as to any claim, that claim shall proceed in the court specified in Section 11 and the remainder of this Section shall remain in effect.
13. Consumers outside the United States
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the Russian Federation or another country whose mandatory consumer-protection laws do not permit a choice of law, choice of forum or class-action waiver, Sections 10–12 do not deprive you of the protection of those laws, including the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

You agree to receive notices relating to these Terms by e-mail or by posting on the Site. Legal notices to the Publisher must be sent to support@cliriumsmagazine.com and to the Publisher’s postal address.
15. General
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. The Publisher may assign these Terms to a successor. Limitation periods are those set by applicable law; these Terms do not shorten them. These Terms are made in Russian and English; in case of conflict, to the extent permitted by law, the English version prevails.
16. Changes
The Publisher may amend these Terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date and applies to use of the Site after that date; subscribers are notified of material changes by e-mail.

I n January 2026, Victory Naydenova published the letter that launched the magazine. It was called “More Than Roles,” and it held the publication’s central promise: here, a woman has room for her whole life — for the woman confidently building her own business, and for the one who is only just finding the courage to say what she wants out loud.
Since then, Clirium’s Magazine has come out once a month. Each issue features one woman, her chronicle of change, and the Editor-in-Chief’s perspective. Twelve issues — twelve different ways to reclaim authorship of your own life.

Why the magazine exists
“I created this magazine so women could tell their own stories — what they’ve achieved and what they’re capable of. And so that nothing could keep them from being themselves.”
“I created Clirium’s Magazine for women who want to hear themselves and see how others find their way,” says Victory. The magazine was conceived as the opposite of glossy media: facts instead of promises, and instead of picture-perfect biographies, decisions that didn’t come easy.
Every story is told in the first person — with dates, figures, and the cost of every step. Each piece begins with a conversation: Victory conducts the interview, asks the uncomfortable questions, and writes the story herself, preserving the woman’s own voice.

What It’s About
The magazine has three sections. Member Stories — women of CLIRIUM® ME who stopped waiting: leaving relationships, starting businesses, reclaiming their bodies and their income. Interviews with Remarkable Women — long conversations with our guests about business, the body, relationships, and inner strength. Victory’s Column — her perspective as a psychologist and hypnotherapist: why understanding isn’t enough, how self-regulation works, and what quality of life is made of.

Meet the Editor-in-Chief
Victory Naydenova is a writer, psychologist, and hypnotherapist, and the founder of CLIRIUM® ME. Her path began with a fascination with human psychology, the body, and feminine nature; over years of practice it grew into an ecosystem: the CLIRIUM® ME platform, a publishing house, an app, and Clirium’s Magazine.
More than fifteen years in practice, seven published books, and over ten thousand participants in CLIRIUM® programs. Full member of the Professional Psychotherapeutic League (OPPL), certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and the American Academy of Hypnosis; the CLIRIUM® trademark is registered with WIPO and the USPTO.
